PROMOTION EXAM
JULY 10th 2009
IMPORTANT NOTE
All Black Belt Club students must bring sparring gear & weapons.
Students must stay for the entire exam.
School report card must be turned in with the application forms
All testing students must arrive 30 minutes prior to their corresponding exam time

4:30 - 6:30pm

*The exam fee is $65 when the application is returned before: May 8th, 2009—Wednesday
* The exam fee is $70 when the application is returned after the above date.
* Applications will NOT be accepted on graduation day.
* Family Discount: Each additional family member—$10.00 off from the exam fee.
